Terms and conditions.

Welcome to Wadhwa Trophies. By placing an order or using our services for custom trophies, medals, crystal awards etc, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Customization Approvals

• All orders for customized awards require final confirmation of text, logos, and spellings by the client before production begins.
• Wadhwa Trophies is not responsible for spelling errors or design mistakes once the final proof has been approved by the client.

2. Pricing and Payments

• We work on an advance payment model, We take 50% of the payment when the order is placed and the remaining amount when the order is dispatched
• Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, urgent delivery requirements, or custom modifications.

3. Delivery & Shipping

• We strive to deliver all orders within the agreed-upon timeline (including emergency/express orders). However, Wadhwa Trophies is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, transport strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Local pickups can be arranged directly from our studio setup in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Since our products are custom-made specifically for your events, tournaments, or institutions, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the items have been printed, assembled, and delivered, unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.
